The work includes:
Drilling of boreholes of specified diameter (typically 100–250 mm) and depth using DTH drilling equipment through all types of soil and hard rock strata.
Cleaning of boreholes to remove cuttings and ensure full depth penetration.
Supply and installation of high-strength steel reinforcement (thread bar or casing) with centralizers as per design requirements.
Grouting of boreholes with cementitious grout under controlled pressure using suitable grout pumps and packers to achieve full bond length.
Testing of micropiles (proof or load testing) to verify design capacity and performance.
Includes all materials, labour, tools, equipment, compressors, drilling rigs, grouting setup, scaffolding, and safety arrangements for complete and satisfactory execution of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, drilling, installing, grouting, and tensioning of Prestressed Rock Anchors for stabilization of slopes, retaining structures, foundations, and other geotechnical applications, as per approved design and specifications.
The work includes:
Drilling of boreholes of required diameter and depth through soil or rock strata using rotary or percussion drilling methods.
Supply and installation of high-tensile steel tendon assemblies, consisting of single or multiple strands/bars with necessary corrosion protection sheathing, centralizers, and grout vents.
Grouting of boreholes in stages with cementitious grout under controlled pressure to ensure complete encapsulation and bonding between tendon and surrounding rock.
Installation of bearing plates, wedges, anchor heads, and stressing equipment as per design requirement.
Tensioning (prestressing) of anchors using hydraulic jacks to the specified load and locking-off at the designed force.
Recording and documentation of load–elongation test results during stressing and acceptance testing.
Includes all materials, labour, tools, equipment, grouting pumps, jacks, gauges, and safety arrangements required for the complete and satisfactory installation of anchors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
