The work includes:

• Drilling of boreholes of specified diameter and depth through soil or rock strata using suitable drilling rigs.

• Supply and installation of high-tensile steel tendons (bars or strands) complete with centralizers, grout tubes, sheathing, and anchor heads.

• Grouting of boreholes with cementitious grout under controlled pressure to achieve full bond length and corrosion protection.

• Installation of bearing plates, anchor heads, wedges, and couplers as per design details.

• Tensioning (prestressing) of anchors to the specified load using calibrated hydraulic jacks and locking off at the required force.

• Conducting pull-out and load testing on selected anchors to verify performance and compliance with specifications.

• Includes all materials, labour, tools, jacks, pumps, gauges, grouting equipment, scaffolding, and safety arrangements required for complete and satisfactory execution as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
