Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for treatment of industrial wastewater to meet prescribed discharge or reuse standards. The system is engineered to remove suspended solids, organic matter, oils, grease, and other pollutants through physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
The scope of work includes:
Preliminary Treatment: Screening, oil & grease removal, equalization, and pH correction.
Primary Treatment: Coagulation, flocculation, and primary clarification for removal of settleable solids.
Secondary (Biological) Treatment: Aeration through activated sludge process / MBBR / SBR / biofilter systems for degradation of organic contaminants.
Tertiary Treatment: Filtration, disinfection, and polishing units (Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, UV/Chlorination) for achieving final discharge norms.
Sludge Handling System: Sludge thickening, dewatering, and safe disposal arrangements.
Instrumentation & Automation: Flow meters, DO sensors, level sensors, control panels, and SCADA/PLC automation (as required).
All associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping works complete in all respects as per approved design and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
