Self Drilling Anchor Bolts (SDA Bolts) are specialized anchoring systems used for ground stabilization, rock support, and structural reinforcement in difficult soil and rock conditions. These anchors combine drilling, grouting, and anchoring in a single operation, eliminating the need for pre-drilling or casing.

SDA bolts consist of a hollow threaded steel bar with a sacrificial drill bit, allowing grout to be injected through the bar during drilling. This ensures continuous grouting, strong bond strength, and effective load transfer even in loose, fractured, or water-bearing strata.

SDA bolts are widely used in tunnels, slopes, retaining walls, soil nailing works, foundations, basements, mining, and underground structures. They provide quick installation, high load capacity, and reliable performance under challenging site conditions.

Installation is carried out using rotary or rotary-percussive drilling rigs, followed by controlled grouting to achieve long-term stability and corrosion protection. All works are executed as per approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
