Providing Protection Works for Marine Structures and Pipelines to safeguard against erosion, scouring, corrosion, impact, and environmental deterioration caused by waves, tides, currents, and saline exposure.

The work includes:

• Assessment and preparation of the site, including cleaning, leveling, and stabilization of the base or seabed as required.

• Supply and installation of protective systems such as rock armoring, gabion mattresses, concrete blocks, geotextile/geobags, or specialized coatings to prevent mechanical damage and erosion.

• Corrosion protection measures, including cathodic protection systems, epoxy or polyurethane coating, and wrapping for submerged or buried pipelines.

• Scour and erosion control using geosynthetic systems, mattresses, or concrete armor units to protect piles, piers, and underwater foundations.

• Encasement and stabilization of exposed pipelines and underwater structures using grout bags, concrete encasement, or reinforced geocomposite systems.

• Includes all materials, labour, diving/specialized marine equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for complete and safe execution as per approved drawings, marine standards, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
